I pay dor my deezer subscription . I have never had a problem with it so far. I recently switched carriers as well as bought a new phone. Since making these changes deezer does not allow me to listen to any of my music i have downloaded while offline. I have turned offline mode on and off. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. How can I listen tothe music I've downloaded when i dont have service ?

Also, can you see the green dot on the side of the songs titles when it's downloaded?

Download service If you have a subscription to a Wi-Fi connection between the family can not take WiFi This service is available without Wi-Fi Some people can not download because memory becomes full For me I'm taking a mobile network everywhere I've taken it But Wi-Fi needs to be shut down to save shipping

I have problem with trying to get Deezer Premium. I had Deezer Premium Trail,and now i cant download albums and listen music offline becouse my Trail version expired. When I tried to pay,it says no connection,but my wifi works good. What should I do?

Sorry to hear that. Have you tried reinstalling the app after logging out and logging in again?
Yes I tried but its not working.
