Subscription check time issue

I took a 9hs fligth plane and I was not able to use Deezer becuase in that exactly moment decided to check subscription and of course I had no Internet connection on flight. Could you please review that system? I use Deezer with Internet connection on a daily basis so that could be reviewed in advance or at least warn about this and give a 12 hs time frame before stop app.

Hi @Juansegol , we actually do better than this 🙂 You payment was refused in November and Deezer automatically gave you a free month to give you enough time to sort the payment out. To know more about it, please get in touch with our support team here 😉
