Subscription cancelled but charge pending on bank account

I cancelled my subscription today and they said the effective cancellation date is today February 11th. However I have a pending charge to my bank account that needs to be cancelled please.

Hi there @Alloyd

It seems, on our side, that the payment has been aborted with your cancellation - so it might not go through from your account. It could be that it just needs time to update.
If the payment is debited, please get in touch with our support team here and give them confirmation of payment from your statement, for example.
