Student account not reverifying after 1 year

Hi there I have had a Deezer student account for exactly a year now and was automatically changed to a premium subscription plan. The terms and conditions state online that SheerID would send an email 6 weeks before reaching 12 months to reverify the student account however I did not receive this email and cannot reapply for a student account even though I still am eligible for it. When I try to apply for the student subscription it does not allow me to do so. Please help!!

Please get in touch with our support team here and they should be able to sort that out. There could be a problem with SheerID or if you've changed your email after registering, they may not have the updated details.
