Signed up with typo in email, need to change

I signed up with an email address with a typo. When I tried to change my email address, it needs to send a verification code to the old one. I don't have access to that email as it's likely owned by someone else

I took a screenshot of when I signed up. It clearly shows the email I used for Deezer (typo), vs my actual email in PayPal (payment method).

 

I want this cleared up quick because I don't want a random other person accessing my Deezer account.
