Greetings

 

I have changed phones. My deezer account doesn't recognize my number for some odd reason

 

I don't want to start over with a new account, please assist as the payment was just deducted from my account

Hi @Mtshali97 ,

Please make sure that:

  1. You have the right phone number that you used to sign up to Deezer.
  2. You’re choosing the right Dialing Code e.g. +33 for France
  3. Make sure you’re entering the correct password, if you’ve forgotten try resetting it here. You can read more about how here
