Reset password isn't working


Hello.
I signed up via Facebook, so there were no password associated with the account, "reset password" form isn't working and I can't change the password in account settings

I'm experiencing same problem as above and would like to change my e-mail address as well, as I am not using the facebook(yahoo) e-mail.

I sent you an email, please have a look! Also, check the spam box as well!
Hello,

I've tried to reset password several times but I never receive the link in my mailbox. I've checkd junk mail.

Fortunately I have my Deezer account paired with Facebook so I could log in this way.

Please let me know how to solve this please!

Hi there @Nordman Family shame, I've sent another one, just in case. Have you checked spam? It can only be sent to the email registered to the account. But you can contact our support team here and ask them to change the email if you provide confirmation of payment.
