Refused payment - help needed

Hello. I was informed by mail that the monthly payment for my Deezer HIFI subscription has failed, and that I should update my payment info. There weren’t sufficient funds on the card - my mistake, sorry, there are now. But in the process of me trying to fix it, I went and read some of your FAQs and tried to cancel my subscription and re subscribe again. Now I can’t even update payment info, although I shouldn’t need to, my card is valid until the next year, and I have funds on it now,  nor I can pay.

Please advise.

Hi @lordnulajedandvatri 

An easy mistake to make, and I’m sure one of the Deezer moderators will be able to sort your account out when they review this thread. Please be patient if it takes them a little longer than usual to pick this up over a weekend that’s a holiday in many countries, and I hope your HiFi is back up and running very soon.

Hi @lordnulajedandvatri I have checked in the system and your account will remain as HiFi until the 4th April. Please wait until your account is on free again and you’ll be able to subscribe again.

Today, is April 4th, my account is still HIFI, and I don’t have option for re-subscribing. Should I wait until tommorow?
