refund


3 payments have been removed from my account . 
I do not want to end my deezer subscription .
 

However Iv been charged more than the premium terms for 2months prior I have receipts. 

we are in April 2020  but My card has been charged for 3 payments but on the App its till June 5th 2020  the two payments where charged on the 14th of April and another 15th of April which my bank notified me of  but on the App it only says Iv paid for May and June  . 

How do I get my money back ?

Hey I accidentally  haven’t canceled subscription and yesterday Deezer pulled money. Can I get it back, undone payment? I didn’t use music streaming platforms anymore so Deezer too.

Hi, my card has just been charged $4.99 and I wasn’t subscribed to a plan. I was using my dollar. card for this and I received a message from Deezer that my country will be changed to US, not to worry that I wasn’t to be charged until I agreed. I agreed and a new pricing amount showed up for $9.99. I didn’t follow through with that. But this morning I woke up to a $4.99 charge on same card from DeezerAfrica. Kindly investigate and. process a refund. Thank you.

I am being overcharged by paying for year in advance and want to connect with someone from Deezer to get this fixed.  It is beyond annoying that there isn’t a contact us link on the website.  Please reach out to me asap to get this fixed.

Before one month I was traying to make account on deezer , and I make it but it never went even on trial version ..than I decide i would not even go futher with dezzer . How I was woried I check my account to see did you put me for these PREMIUM  version but still nothing , than TODAY SUPRISE...from my bank account new charge from Dezzer 6,99 for mont ….For what ? ...  from begining my account was free and could not make it even in trial ...and also today its still free version but you charge me for PREMIUM .

If you canceled your subscription after the payment was taken it make sense you won’t get a refund . However you can still use your subscription until the end of the payment period .
