I deleted the app from my phone. After few days I downloaded again but I couldn't find me old profile. I lost it, playlists and everything. I've used Deezer almost one year and have a lot of things there. In meantime I saw they took money from my bank account so I'm still paying for my account but can't log in. What should I do? Can you help me?.

I lost my account, I forgot my E-mail, my password, I just know the Username!!! What should I do to recover it?

I've found an account linked to your @yahoo.com email address, so I sent you a password reset email to that address. If you can't access it, please see above 😉

I had an account with a TIGO Colombia Cellphone plan but I travel outside the country and cancel my plan. However I would like to recover my account as I had there lots of playlists. Please let me know which plan I should take in order to recover my old account. Thank you 😃

Hello @lorito.pulido, you can subscribe to any offer or plan, the important thing is to use the same credentials when you subscribe so that the new plan is applied to your current account.
