problems to subscribe to my premium account (TIM)

I can't activate my premium account through my cellphone company partnership. I have a cellphone plan that grants me a premium account and after contacting the company (TIM) they told me that everything was fine with my payment and that there must be a problem with the deezer app recognizing my account. Is there a way you guys could help me, please?
