Hello. I bought a family subscription after a trial period of regular premium. The App Store displays a family subscription and paid for it, and it is not updated in the application.

Hey @Kidddono 

Unfortunately, the upgrade within the Apple App Store does not work reliably. :rolling_eyes:

Please cancel your family subscription with Apple (you can find the link in the email with the booking confirmation).

You would then have to cancel the premium subscription you booked with Apple.

As soon as you are on Status Free, you can immediately book your family subscription at deezer.com and save yourself the Apple fee. :bulb:
