Problem with deezer subscription with A1

I activated my subscription to Deezer from the A1 portal, but when I log into my Deezer account it tells me that it is the free subscription and not premium. How can I fix this?

Hi @Vesselin Antonov I have checked in the system and your subscription is activated now.
Can you confirm that everything is working fine with your A1 subscription?

Yes, I contacted A1 support yesterday and they helped me resolve the issue. Thank you for your reply.

Hi @Krom Iliev you need to contact A1 directly as they can activate the subscription on their side for you.
