Problem with account login

I opened my app this morning, and suddenly I was logged in with an email address I really don’t know (someone elses) and with music I didnt download. Couldyou help me get my right account with my music back?

Oh and when I tried to login again, the problem still occurred.

1/ Swapped from Premium + Student to Family, 14,99 € / month

2/ Changed Password

3/ Web login ok

4/ Impossible to connect to MacOS Deezer App or IOS App “Uncorrect ID please try again”

5/ Downloaded again Deezer App for MacOS, same issue. Cannot login as well on my iPhone App.

Since 2013 I’ve always been faithful to Deezer rather than Spotify. I’m currently starting to change my mind given this very poor level of service. 

BTW: On Family, being able to get an ID/PWD for each user has been in the development loop since 1+ year. No changes so far. Unbelievable.

In our system I can see that you have 2 Deezer accounts - one is a Deezer Free account (which was a Deezer Student account in the past) and the other one is a Deezer Family account. Could you please contact our customer service via this link and simply copy paste your message here. They can send you your 2 Deezer account details, transfer your music and help you further with everything else, too :slight_smile:

Hello, i have been on the family plan for years now. my wife was using her deezer fine this morning, i could not remember the actual password so i had changed it. After i changed the password it kicked out all the family accounts i had set up and now wont let them log in with the new password. But i can log in on the computer with the new password just fine.
