Hi, I change mi subscription premium to family by iTunes and and don’t see any change. And the payment is done

@mateoacr you’re right and we’re working on this. Please do contact the customer support team, they’re the only one able to deal with personal details regarding user accounts as we cannot share this kind of information on the Community, for your own safety online. Tell them you lost one mont of subscription, they might be able to do something about it.

I have stopped my premium subcription to familly subscription but it does not show on my app… please help...
