I’ve checked your account and the HIFI subscription has been already activated! 

If you are still not able to see the Deezer HIFI subscription active on the app, please log out and log in again to refresh the account.

We are sorry to hear that.

There was a technical issue on your account but it has been fixed already.

You should be able to use Deezer Premium now! If you can’t still see the active subscription, please log out and log in again.

I have a similar issue. I've just signed up for a free trial of the HiFi subscription. It took my credit card details, but no activation code has arrived (I've been waiting about an hour so far). I've signed into the app and it recognises me but is s still showing my subscription as the free service.

I've now read all the threads about people unable to delete their accounts. Sort it out Deezer!
