Hello I subscribed for deezer’s free trial in March since I didn’t find myself using the service I canceled my subscription through my Apple Account and deleted the app thinking that was it but then recently as I was going through my bank statement I saw that I was still being charged a total of 9.99 (5 times to be specific) I went to the website to see if my account was still on premium and it showed that I was on Deezer free and when I would try to find a way to cancel it, it wouldn’t let me any which way,  so I emailed Deezer and I guess they were finally able to cancel the subscription but I was never refunded for the money they charged to my card that’s a total of 49.95 if they check for me ever having used the service they’ll see I never did except for the first day of the free trial and that was it.

As you currently have a Deezer offer subscribed through Apple iTunes, you will not be able to automatically switch from Premium to Family.
In order to subscribe to the family subscription, you will first need to first cancel your current offer (On your iPhone go to settings> iTunes & App Store> click on your apple id and login> signatures> then just click Deezer and cancel.)
Once your Deezer account reverts to a free version at the end of the current billing cycle, to subscribe to our Family plan, please log into your Deezer account from a PC/Mac preferably and follow this link: http://www.deezer.com/offers/family

Hi I paid 74 EGP for family subscription but when I login message shows I am not eligible for this could you please advise

I am trying to pay for my premium subscription but the payment wont go through. I've tried about times 4 times and it shows up on my online bank stantment 7 times? But it shows no money taken out. I'm getting pretty frustrated as I love listening to my music when I'm stressed or just going out alone, but I'm unable to pay besides having sufficient funds. If the payments end up going through I hope it will only take $10 and not a whole $70.. I'm just a little worried and really want this to be sorted out somehow.

My bank statement shows Deezer on it and says "DeezerNORTHAMERICA Paris" "Amount: $9.99" "Completed Amount: $0" ?? I don't understand why this won't work, I've used this same card before without trouble.

I have been trying to get a hold to someone that can help me. By accident I deleted my subscription and I paid for a new one on the same account and It didn't work, so I contacted someone and I got a link that I paid again on. My deezer is still not working. $14.99 both times. Everything else does work on my phone. I have cut off the phone, logged out of deezer and back in, took out my SIM and SD cards. So I don't know what to do now. Please HELP!!

Hi. I want to know if I have my suscription updated because the payment wasn’t declined with my bank but I received an email from you that says that my suscription has ended, and I don’t understand why. And then, in the app my suscription looks ok, so I’m confused. Thanks!

The best way to avoid any payment issues is to pay one year in advanced.

I paid year in advanced, saved two months as discount, and now I have no desire to think if my next payment or next payment will fail because there’s no payments for 12 months to come.

I also do not like to receive bills each month for music.

It makes me sad how fast time is going when there’s a music renewal each month.

Hi, I changed my card and I have updated my details on my phone but Deezer for mac is not showing I have an active subscription

If your card details were changed after your subscription has ended, you'll have to subscribe again. If you already have a subscription, please get in touch with our support team here and send them the proof of payment. They'll be able to have a look for you.

I like Deezer but I’m contemplating canceling my account because of how inconvenient it is to add/remove a payment method is for the service. I am currently on Deezer Premium and I wanted to update to Deezer Family but I have to re-enter payment details to upgrade. This doesn’t make sense since I’m already paying for the service, therefore my card details are already in the system. Secondly, my transaction is being rejected. It’s the same card that’s on the system and I’ve been making past payments, and its a brand new card so I know there are no problems with it. I also tried other credit card options and again to no avail. 

I previously had the same issue when I wanted to change my card details. It just ended up being a huge procedure and was not as simple as entering card details. Not sure why Deezer is unable to make this process easier and less complicated. It's super frustrating. 

Hi there, I'm sorry about that. You don't really need to update card details to update your account…  What device have you been using to change the card details? We recommend doing it from a computer as your bank can refuse payments done over the phone.

hi support team,

i had ended my subscription since June 22nd. But i still get the charge on my CC until this month (july billing).

I have checked my subscription status in the website as well, and that now i have been on the free plan.

i’ve sent email to support@deezer.com, but no response yet.

 

can you help me checking the billing system?

and i close that acount, and create another one, with my principal email, and the same card,

but i can’t pay this…
