My payment was declined because my card was blocked and when I tried to add a new card the subscription was more expensive than before.

Hey @vivian.onda, the problem is that you need to subscribe with a card issued in the same country where you are trying to subscribe.

Hello.

Is your card from different country? Payment price goes hand in hand with country from where card is issued. Perhaps you could talk with Deezer about it. https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb

Hi @vivian.onda I am sorry to hear about your card.
Please make sure you are trying to subscribe again with the new card, logged in to your account on a PC/Mac via www.deezer.com/offers, and not from the Deezer app in an iPhone as the price is a bit higher when you subscribe to Deezer via Apple.
That should fix the problem :slight_smile:

I have tried to subscribe again logging in on my PC, however, my new card is being declined.

After more than six years using Deezer, I’m moving to the competitor… I can’t stand this “costumer service”, it’s horrendous.
