Payment for Deezer premium & family after upgrading

Our premium payment of 9.99  came  out on 15th April and we upgraded to family on 23rd April and the full 14.99 was paid.

Will a credit be applied to our account?

Hi @Richardray when you are a Premium subscriber and upgrade to Deezer Family, you are immediately charged for the Family subscription and the plan starts immediately. Your Premium subscription is terminated at the same time.
Please contact our Deezer Support Team and check with one of our agents if they can offer any credit (I can’t guarantee it though)
