Payment being taken out and asking me to subscribe

Hi recently deezer has been taking money out of my account and it keeps telling me to subscribe and that I haven't paid... All my details are correct, I don't understand why I can't use the app when I'm paying for it

hi, i would like to know why deezer has been coming out for over a year when i cancelled it? I have got proof on my bank account that it is still coming out now??
