deezer logged me out of my monthly subscription fir 9.99 . I have resubscribed .... but it won’t appear on my phone !! Please help ( I pad and tv ok )
I paid my monthly subscription - but I am still told to subscribe and am limited on my music- I am on family package. Please help

This sounds like you have logged into the wrong account. Please make sure you are using the right email address. If you do not know the right one please contact our support 😉
