Paid for premium and it has not upgraded


I already sign the Deezer but the comerciais come and I cant make This to stop, And I try to choose the musics but Goes to another songs, And i try to list when Im not on line but doesn’t work.

It sounds as if you have a free account? If you go to your account settings, does it show free or Premium+? If you've definitely made a payment, I would contact the support team for further information about your account 🙂.
I updated my account last week to a plus account the money came out of my bank account but I’m still not getting any of the pluse benefits. I contacted you the other day and still don’t have a reply I hope you can help me and get this sorted as soon as possible. Thank you

I upgraded earlier today to premium+ but it still shows me as a free user. Any idea how long it will take to update?
I've upgraded to the premium features but still appears as if i have a trial account.

After checking your account, we noticed that the payments via BOKU (mobile invoice) weren't successful. I'd suggest you to try to upgrade again. If it still doesn't work, you can get in touch with our payment partner BOKU directly and provide your name and phone number and they'll let you know why it's not working and what to do to change that ☺

Hi Rachel,

I reviewed your last conversation with us. Did you cancel the old iTunes subscription you had before? It is not linked to your account correctly which is why it didn't update the previous time.

I checked and I didn't see a new subscription added, so I assume it's probably the same issue with an iTunes subscription.

Some hours ago I bought Premium+, but it's not working. I tried logging oit and in again, but it didn't work. I checked it more times and it says that I'm subscribed to premium, still I don't have the premium features. Do you know what I can do?

Hello, I ran out of the premium+ subscription but there was no money on the card, I entered the cut into the card, I pressed resume ... the money was withdrawn but my subscription did not resume, then I pressed the application to subscribe, and again nothing. Why did I pay twice already and premium + did not get it?

Ah ok, that's an error in the link between Itunes and Deezer. You can just send us the confirmation of the payment here and we can fix this for you 🙂
I have just renewed the subscription to deezer but I still hear the publicity

on my pc. please fix it or I cancell the subscribtion for good! and why you don't work with swisscom anymore?
