@Cesar Augusto Andrade o pagamento por boleto leva 3 dias úteis para ser compensado. Se faz mais tempo que isso, entre em contato com o nosso suporte com o número do pin do boleto (um número no canto superior do boleto) e eles conseguem conferir isso pra você :)

@Red Rarity87 are you trying to pay and it's not going through or you already paid and it wasn't activated? I didn't really understand.

@Anja I have rhe same problem !! Deezer already take my money from my account for more than 5 months and still not appear as a member of deezer but idont care that anymore i just want my money back

After upgrading my account to premium+, my account is still showing as free even though money has veen deducted from my bank. What could ve the issue? I have even waited for 4hours and still no change on my account subscription status

please message our support on this link with your itunes receipt and they'll update it manually for you.
I got a notification telling me there was a problem in my subscription and I need to update my payment method. i did from apple app store i got a message from my bank saying a charge has been made from itunes store but deezer still showing the same notification.
