I already paid deezer premium but in the app they don't show me the premium

Yes that is indeed what i mean. I did some research and I saw that I am not the only one who is having this issue. Thanks for your help!

When I started to pay, I didn't have such issues but it was almost a year ago so maybe now it has some issues.
Tengo mismo problemas. Mientras dos canciones Deezer cambio mi premium por básico. He instalado dos veces , en mi cuenta de Orange soy premium pero en Deezer básico. Tenía este problema un año antes..se han encontrado una solución.. estoy esperando

Hi there, your account is on Premium+ now. But the Itunes payment didn't go through. This is due to a technical error in the link between Itunes and Deezer. Please cancel the subscription with Itunes in your Itunes profile. The direct subscription with Deezer will still be active and everything should be fine afterwards ?

I checked your account and saw you cancelled the subscription on the 3rd of October. The subscription subsequently expired yesterday.
If didn't mean to cancel your subscription then you can always sign up again, we'd be glad to have you back!

If you think you made a payment then, I'd recommend checking your bank statements first and if you see a payment can you send us the details to us directly.

@jwd.2000 Sorry for the late reply! 😥 This could have different reasons. Have you received the confirmation email for the payment/subscription? And what payment method did you select?

I would like to know why when I tried to save something on my phone, which is the only place I use Deezer, I keep getting a message that I need to join for $9.99 when I already rejoined (activated) my account to be effective 9/27/17???
Hi I have just paid 0.99 for a 3 month deezer + subscription however I am still only able to listen to my songs on shuffle mode. Could you amend this so I have full access for the 3 month period

I paid for the deezer premium+ on 4th November! I got the paymant mail from Apple Store also 4.11. Deezer premium still not going. I Paid for nothing! thank you very much!

We can fix this for you, as mentioned before if you can send us a copy of the Apple invoice we'll manually correct it.

Why I should send you something? Is it problem check my dezzer account either you got the payment? 5 days after payment and it always not going. I had my account for 3 years and last month i was unable access my account so i signed up for a free trial. And i was able to use my same account. Now the trial is over and i have the same email i cant open my account and i have paid for the my subscription. I dont have my music or im not under my user name. It started me with no music. Have do i get all my music back?

Many thanks! We added the one month to your account manually, so you should be able to access the services again.

The iTunes subscription is not showing on this account so it's very important you cancel the subscription and resubscribe once the free time we added has expired.

I still pay £10 a month for deezer. But it seems like my account has been downgraded to a 'Free' account.

This happened about 3 weeks ago. I have now got a new phone too.

I this is not sorted I will unfortunately be cancelling by account
