Paid but still being asked to subscribe

Hi, I upgraded to the premium account (3months at 9.99) and although on the app it said payment declined, I was charged from my bank and I am still in free mode, so I am requesting for an upgrade or a refund.

We don't have a phone system for that effect, I'm sorry. Within the link I sent you, you can contact an agent from our support team who'll deal directly with you. This is the best way because it may be an issue related to your account only, not your device. And our community is a public space. I hope you understand.

I paid then logged out and back in and still asking me to join. I used to pay 9.99 now its making me pay 11.99 its suck a cram!
support team how? There isn’t anything on here where you can. Thinking I’m dropping Deezer and going to apple play.

Got subscription confirmation but does not work at all.Only free version and sonos rejection.

Hi I cancelled my subscription on the 9th July and Deezer took money out on the 15th July but won’t let me have my Deezer premium. I need my music so how do I get my premium without being charged again. Regards bea

Hey i just bought my sister deezer premium, the payment went normal but when she opens the app it still says she is in the free trial and can buy the premium version. I clicked to buy the premium version again but it says she already has it. We tried deleiting the app, reinstalling, restarting the phone and it still doesn't work. What do we do?
