I have a deezer account and I was on premium but now I've payed deezer family but I can't use it, please I need to solve this issue as soon as possible

I have been subscribing for many years. I have a new phone. I just tried to use the app but am being told I need to subscribe. If I am using the wrong email address or password how will I know? Please help.

paid $9.99 for premium via iTunes but still says I have no subscription
I've payed my deezer family account when I was on premium offer but now when I want to change to deezer family the app says there's a problem accessing it, that I cannot make any changes even though I've already payed up, I need to solve this matter as soon as possible but, if it's not possible then I want my money back, someone named Mufta gave me a response but it wasn't the answer to my problem

Hi! I purchased family Deezer with in-app purchase. But my Apple ID is registered with a different email address than my Deezer account. So i have paid two months already for family Deezer without using it. How can I manage my subscription? I want to keep both email addresses. Thanks in advance!

Hi @Diego Contreras Munevar I could see you have been in touch via email. Since this is a subscription and payment related issue, please reply to the email and say what you are asking again. It is best to deal with support in these cases as it involves personal details.

I’ve subscribed to Deezer premium and I was charged $6.49 but my account has not been upgraded.
My first payment came off my account via debit order for deezer Africa premium but it is still showing I have a free subscription service and I cant access my music. What is happening?
