Rudi this has been a mix up and my mistake you have just alerted me to another account i have on my i.pad thank you
I just paied the Deezer premium and I can’t still listen my music?Need the app time to get ready or what is the problem?
Please tell me why my subscription has been changed even though my payments have carried on and been taken out as this has rlly peeved me off considering I don't know whether to sign up again as I am scared it may charge me twice

I've been charged £9.99 this month even though my subscription is now Deezer free
I have subscribed to Deezer but still had to go through a 30 day free trial month and listen to advertisements. Now the 30month trial period is over and the first payment was deducted but when i log in i still get the following message: "You're on Free. Upgrade & skip ads free for 30 days. SUBSCRIBE"

How do i get the real mcoy going ?

I tried subscribing for Deezer premium using a online card, after payment was deducted I got a notification saying the subscription was unavailable, same thing has happened 2 times previously. Help!

I've also checked your account on our side (the one linked to the email used in the community) and it's also on Free with no payments made. It's likely you have another account set up with your subscription - so please see above for more support!
Hi rexently i payed for a premium account, it took the money out of my credit card and two days in i still don’t have the premium account.

happened to me once
I bought the Deezer premium and my Deezer is not working, it asks me to subscribe again and I click on it and it says to me that I have already subscribe, can you help me?

I pay my subscription through my phone bill (three UK -payforit) and my bill for march was paid, including my Deezer subscription, yet I got an email saying my payment failed. I have no idea why this is happening. Help!
