I pay £9.99 every month. I have recently had to reset my phone and when I log in it says I need to subscribe. I've tried logging out a few times but it's not working. Thanks for reading. X

I'm a little confused. I am paying for my subscription on my phone but when I logged into my computer with the same account it is telling me I am not subscribed. Is there anything I'm doing wrong?

I’ve tried all options but nothing changed. On my account is written that I’m using free services but I can’t play my favourite list songs when I’m tapping on them. There comes message to subscribe. I even redownload the app. Nothing helped. Don’t know what I could do else 🤷‍♀️

Hi, my account went from free trial to Premium in May 2018, and I am still only getting options to use the free package. I cannot gain access to any of the Premium features. Been paying the bill though for over 6 months.....not happy
I have paid my subscription but it’s still asking me to upgrade to premium?
After subscribing, still asked to do it.
Can listen only in shuffle mode(?)

I just subscribed to Deezer premium and I still can’t download the music nor listen to the one I want, I have already logged out and back in and that did not change a thing please help me.
