Paid but still being asked to subscribe

I am not able to use the Premium features after startung up with the subscription. Just entered my bank details and nothing changed...
I pay for 3 mouth 0,99€ last Sunday but doesn’t work, it say to me to do the upgrade
I signed up for a 1 month trial subscription last year and I put in all of my card details but hasn’t given me the subscription. When I go to click in subscriptions and try to get one it tells me that I’ve already got one.

I haber payed the suscription to the app last 29-12-18.
Actually the renovation will be until march 29th.
But the app doesn't works, I cant skip announces.

I’ve been with deezer tor 2 years my original subscription of £9.99 lapsed so I renewed it paid 2 payments one of £9.99 and another of £12.99 but I’m still on the free subscription

I have subscribed a premium account but still I don’t have any benefits. I just paid today 7/01/19. As well when I check my subscription still it appear like I have a free subscription and not a premium. Could someone resolve my problem as soon as possible? Thanks

pretty furious that I spent 12.99 just to be able to download music offline for my road trip. but I just got back and it’s unbelievable that it still hasn’t giving me my premium abilities!! I’ve tried logging out and back in,, and my transaction log confirms I bought it. Is there a fix?

I have paid up subscription but Deezer app has blocked my access to my music collection. It keeps taking me back to re-subscribe page which also doesn’t work .

Seriously getting to the end of my tethe!!!! Been with Deezer years never had a problem now I can’t play use as need to up grade!!!! I HAVE UPGRADED!!!! Grrrrr
