Not impressed!

Sent à mail to support weeks ago asking why I had to update my payment method. My card hadn't expired so to me there was no reason why my subscription would end.
No response.
Tried several times to update my payment method only to be blocked everytime with a message... Your bank account (UK) is in a different currency from your country (fr)... This message totally baffles me because all my payments so far have been made from my UK bank account!!!
Finally had to enter in my French bank card because there was nothing else I could do.
Hate wasting my time. Don't like professional apps like this that have no real people support. Not happy that I chose deezer over other music apps now.

Can you please check my subscription because I've had another message saying my subscription couldn't be paid for. I'm very confused!

I'm sorry but it seems that the renewal payment was refused. The best way to discuss payments is via our support team. For that, I have to ask you to contact them here 👍🏼
