I tried to upgrade my Deezer subscription again and again to Hi-Fi after finding out it was available for me in Brazil, but every time I try to upgrade my subscription this warning pops up, also, I can’t upgrade from the app. What I’m going to do?

Sorry about that. I've had a look at your account and noticed that you're already on Free, so you should be able to subscribe to Family. So I've unlinked your FB and Google logins and sent you a password reset email. Please change your password and reinstall the app. Then try to log in, but with your email and password, not through Google or FB. Then let me know how it goes :wink:

So far, I love Deezer.  Thinking about cancelling my Spotify in place of it.  However, I simply cannot fathom why you can’t just upgrade when you want too.  Literally EVERY OTHER app out there lets you do that, even Tidal, but who wants to pay $25.99 for a subscription for one account.  That’s even more insane.  Please fix this, it’s obviously upsetting a LOT of people.  I’ve seen so many frustrated users who are beyond annoyed by this silly thing.

Just fix it to where you can upgrade anytime.

Hello, is it possible that I just register to hifi w/ a new email account instead of waiting for my current acct to be free? Can I pay hifi subscription through my mobile service provider? Thanks

That should work, but you would lose all your saved favorites, playlists and the Flow recommendations based on that. Maybe staff can move that over to your new account, but you should wait for an official answer.

Hi there! I just canceled my subscription to Free trial on iTunes and still I cannot have the HiFI option! Can you help? Please. Do i have to wait for one month until it ends?

Hello @Kenn, wait until your account is back to the Free offer on July the 9th. If you just can’t wait, get in touch with the customer support team so that they accelerate the process :sweat_smile:

My automatic payment didn't go through for my premium subscription, so I tried renewing. I keep getting this notification and then an error when trying to pay.. 😭 I've tried 2 different cards with more than sufficient funds on them and both of their customer service lines assured me that the payments should be authorized. I have years of playlists on here! Save me!! 😭

 

I reaaaaally don't wanna have to rebuild my playlists all over again 😂😭

Hello @punkpanda89, you won’t have to rebuild your playlists as long as you’re using the same credentials, even if you’ve switched back to Free they are still saved :slight_smile: Get in touch with our customer support team so that they can help you :wink:
