My Telenor subscription is not working

When I enter my Telenor code to use Premium, I receive an error an my account is still on free subscription. I've contacted Telenor support, but they say the code is fine and that I should contact Deezer support. Can anyone help?

Could you pls. enable my Deezer premium+ subscription. With the code that I’ve got from my service provider Telenor Serbia (AQI609NU63) I get repetitively an error message and I’m prompted to try it latter

My account has been unsubscribed due telenor issues, but now when i activated telenor services again, deezer subscription status didn't automatcally change, it should still be provided by the contract.

Hi there, I've checked here and your number is linked to your account correctly but the subscription isn't active, Telenor is the one responsible for this activation, so can you contact them so make sure everything is ok?
I’ve got a code for premium account on Deezer from my mobile provider, but when I try to use it I get an error message.

Any ideas what could I do to make this code work?

Hey @Csernik.Deezer I checked your account here and your subscription seems to be active normally? Can you trying restarting Deezer to see if it solves the issue? It should be working now 🙂

Hi there, just checked your account and it's because your account is still on Premium+ (30 day free trial). You just need to wait until that trial ended and your account was downgraded to free. Afterwards it should work fine 🙂

Hi Alex, the best thing to do is contact Telenor and check with them if everything is alright, because they are the ones responsible for the activation of your subscription, ok?
My dad bought Deezer function in Telenor,also He is on postpaid.He sent me code for deezer,I tried to activate it but it didn't worm.

Please check this topic for more info. On our side I can see that the account remains as Free so I'd encourage you to contact Telenor for that, or our support team here 😉
My Telenor Subscription was working and today on deezer my profile got downgraded and now I am on Deezer Free even tho I am paying for it on Telenor. Please tell me what shall I do.

I dont know how but i cant log in with my telenor key because it says that my subscription plan with Telenor has ended and that is not true.
