my monthly payment is declined by deezer

Now for 6 months ive been asked twice a month, to pay my subscribtions.

I pay once a month…. and im fine.

now a sudden Deezer declined my payment.

for this month.

whats going on?

and why am I paying for 3 devices subscribtions while I use one?

Hi @S.Helder I have checked in our system and I can see that you have a subscription paid via Apple.
As we don’t have control over Apple payments you will need to contact them directly to ask why they are declining your payment or asking twice a month to pay for your subscription.
You can contact them through the following link: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
Please keep in mind that your premium subscription allows you to connect up to 3 devices, but doesn’t mean that you are paying for 3 devices.

my deezer app has said I have not Paid... it won't let me update my payment methods o  the app so I am unable to pay....
