My email address has been changed by someone else


Hello. I didn't ask for changing my email address. Now I have clean account :c

Hi @Shadowsong please get in touch with support here and provide them with the email addresses in the email, they will sort it out for you. I had to delete your screenshot to protect personal details.

Deezer won't delete an account unless you instruct them too. If you've signed in and doesn't look right then you've signed into the wrong account.

Many people sign in with say Facebook, then later they sign in with Google (or the other way around) - these are two seperate accounts. Check to see how you were originally signing in.
I have confirming email from deezer that I changed my email. But I did not. I'm sure that my account was hacked
