Hi there @Anastasia Bond

Sorry to hear about that. Have you double-checked your credentials? It could be that you've logged on under a different account.

In order to help out, I've checked your community account and the email used isn't linked to a Deezer account. For further help, please contact our support team here :thumbsup_tone2:

Hi, Rudi.

yes , I checked all.

but when I registered in the program I wrote only phone number. I got an sms code and started using the deezer.

So when I wanted to enter again my phone number was not found.

Hello @Anastasia Bond, better to get directly in touch with our customer support team, they can help you identify which is your right account

Have a nice week

I was in contact with your support team and they deleted my wife’s account. I want to have it reactivated but no one will contact me on this issue.

Deletion is permantent.

It never crossed my mind to delete FREE account if Canceled. You get no payments from that and literally you are deleteting your fastest acces to unlimited music FREE. I hope you can solve it.

Their professional agents are willing to help, just sit tight waiting for finest solutions.

I see big improvement here of folks asking account deletion, the only question is why? If you just want to stop payments, cancel. Free account does not bill you monthly whatsoever.

hphuru, my wife’s account was not free, she had been paying her premium for years.

@ewelty1968 I understand a customer support agent is dealing with your request.
Thanks:relaxed:

Jaime, what has been done is done. I should not have allowed them to delete my wife’s account when they asked, but also a piece of advice. I’m sure that when you all look at an account that you can see if it is active and up to date. If so, Tell your tech support to double check account activity before deleting and if they are active to reach out to the actual account holder, Why would you close out a premium account for one that has not paid yet? Please, just update your support team so no one else has to go through this. My wife loved her account and all the music she has on it but that is gone now.

@ewelty1968 I am really sorry to hear this and I would love to revert it but when an account is deleted there is no way back. I can try to recover the music from the deleted account but I can’t guarantee it will work (still worth trying right?). I just need to know the account where you would like me to try to do it (the account with the Yahoo email or the one with Gmail)?
I will pass the feedback to our support team.
Apologies for the inconvenience.

It was the ORIGINAL eandebmt account. If you could do that it would be greatly appreciated

The account can’t be restored. What I can try to do with no guaranteed success (most likely the system won’t let me) is to try to recover the music on that account and transfer it to another one and that’s why I said it worth trying just in case.
But I would need a a different existing account for that and that’s why I asked if it is fine to do it in your current account.
Thanks

I have the account as xxxxxx in the new place of the eandebmt account. If you can, you can transfer to that account. I just hope it works. My wife had that account for years and when I found out what I had done it broke my heart. I just hope this works. Thank you again

Hi @ewelty1968 I think I was able to recover some music from the deleted account.
Can you please check your account and let me know if that is the case? :fingers_crossed_tone2:
Thanks

Yes Jaime, she just looked at it and said it was some of her music. I didn’t know that she had over 1000 songs on her account. Thank you. She will rebuild off of what you were able to give her back. Thank you again
