my Deezer premium account deleted again

hello .  Until today I had a premium account in your app . This is the second time that all my data has been deleted and i need  a new registration. how to restore it?

Sorry to hear about that. Have you double-checked your credentials? It could be that you've logged on under a different account.

yes , I checked all.

but when I registered in the program I wrote only phone number. I got an sms code and started using the deezer.

So when I wanted to enter again my phone number was not found.
