my account was hacked


Здравствуйте, мой аккаунт был взломан, пароль обновлен, почтовый ящик обновлен !!! Я уже написал 4 письма техподдержки, через форму я получил один учебник. Прошло два дня, никто не связывался со мной! Я заплатил абонентскую плату, но вы игнорируете мои письма ?! Прошу решить мою проблему! мой аккаунт [removed to protect personal details]

Hello...my account was hacked...there are whole number of songs that I didn’t add on my account,and what is the worst thing,whole my favorite songs and albums are gone...deleted...is there any way to get back my favorites and playlists?

Hi it looks like someone has hacked into my Deazer account a few times now in the past couple of months and has

  1. Changed my username
  2. Been using my account so i couldn’t listen to music at one point 
  3. Deleted some of my playlists

I changed my password but as i mentioned above since doing this someone has deleted some of my play lists. 

Would appreciate if you could advise.

Please change your password, reinstall any Deezer apps you've got and log in again, directly with email and password. If the problem persists, I suggest you change the email address as well.

Hello there,

 For the last   10 days I have been receiving Warning that my account might be used by another device, that I don’t know about. This message usually  goes with stopping the music I am listening and change it into something I don’t have in my library.  Obviously I have been hacked by someone. What can I do to stop that, and I wouldn’t like to loose all music I collected and stored in Deezer.

My account has been hacked by someone and they are listening to their own music and adding albums! I don’t know how to locate them because their device isn’t registered? Please help otherwise I’m going to cancel my subscription

Hello! My account was hacked by last night when I'm listening music (local Moscow.Ru time) Device which was attached to my account was HM1s .Googling take me info that was Xiaomi. I'm changing my password but I care that was not for a last time. Please add two-step verification!

I too have been hacked. I get cut off when I listen to music as someone else is on line. I have just changed my password. Is that enough to prevent them accessing my account?

Please change your password, reinstall any Deezer apps you've got and log in again, directly with email and password. If the problem persists, you should probably change the email address as well after I clean your account again.

Hello @nicolagault, what device are you using? Unfortunately you’ll have to download it again. You’re talking about the downloaded content to listen offline, just to be sure?
