My premium Deezer account was hacked last week - email address changed then password. I contacted support who confirmed it had happened, asked for my transaction details and card number and transaction screen shot to confirm who I am.. I sent everything except the full card number which I wasn't happy doing because I pay via PayPal so I felt it was unnecessary given the security issues Deezer clearly has, but I gave the last 4 digits of the card and the other required details. I never got a reply. Sent another new support request today, no response at all. Really unhappy with Deezer! We've lost all our music and half a month of premium service that we've already paid for. I have no idea if the account has been frozen or if the hackers are continuing to use our account.

Hi there, please change you password and most importantly, please change your Facebook/google password!
I have a Premium Account and just one device associated to that. Constantly otherdevices wich I don’t know, are associated to my account without me permission. That makes my “Flow” sucks, because that othe devices are fr indian and I don’t have any interesting abou indian musics. The owner of the other devices “like” a lot of musics and that musics appear to me as ifbI had “liked” it too... that sucks! I’m canceling my account if this problem are not solved.

Hi @Rone Carlos I would suggest to reset your password for now and contact our support as described above 😉
So when i look at my list of people who are using my Deezeraccount i see someone i don't know in it, and everytime i remove that person he/she simply reappears in it one or a few days later. Can something be done about this because i don't like that someone is using my account without my permission
I constantly have to keep coming out of my Deezer, then go back on to it to find that I've got to log back in because my account has been hacked. I've made multiple accounts and I want to get back on to my recent made account. How do I do it?

Hi there, you just need to log into the right account with the correct email. Please contact our support team. If you are not sure about which email address to use. If you think your account got hacked please see above 😉
Hi, i keep getting an error message stating i am in listening ode on another device,

I have deleted all other devices form my app and also changed my password so these can not log on again,

also i have restarted the app and even my phone many times,

can you advise on why this is happening?

it is getting to the stage of not usable service, as the music just stops every couple of seconds,

Hi @RudyRuiz, I'm sorry about that! If you email has been changed, please get in touch with our support team here and send them the details of the latest payment - they will be able to find the account for you.

If the email was not changed and you think someone has been using your account, please remove all devices from your account, reset your password, change other passwords (facebook and google),

I am having a similar issue. Someone created this account using my email and name. I got notification via email and decided to check it out to see what it was because I didn't even know what deezer was at first. Now that I've checked it out I've decided to keep this account since after all it is my email and name being used. I've reset the password and disconnected all other devices from the account but I still get notifications every once in a while that someone else is using the account so it stops me from listening to music when I want to what can I do to stop this from happening.

Hi @Natalia Navarro if you see that devices are linked to your account that are not yours then please remove them and reset the password right after.

Otherwise it might be better to delete the account and create a new one.
Hello. Someone break in my Deezer account , change email address and deleted all my favorite songs in the favorite playlist and some other things. What solution you can give? Because i changed everything and that doesn't help 😞
I am the only user on my account but someone has hacked my account and keeps kicking me off while I am listening. I have already went through trouble shooting steps if I can't listen to this app I'll cancel it.

I did not request this and believe that my account has been hacked. Please can you revert my account to the state that it was a few days ago.

Hi @Alexey Yankevich sorry about that. Are you sure you did not log in with the wrong email. Please see above what we usually reccommend in these cases 😉
