My account got deleted?

I HAVE A PREMIUM ACCOUNT WITH YOU! Why did my account get deleted and my wife can't log on!!!!

I'm beyond frustrated with your service and if you do not call me and rectify I will cancel and move to Spotify!

Twice you haven't been able to help me and now this!!!!

Pls call me and sort out, I am a paying premium customer.

Hi there, sorry to hear that you are having issues. Rest assured that we do not delete accounts. Can you tell me why you think it has been deleted? It might be that you are logging in with the wrong email address. If you want to share your account with someone else you have to activate Family as Premium is meant to be used by one person only.
Can you please deleted my topic too?
