Hi i pay £9.99 a mount and my account has not switched over from when I got a new phone so I still get adverts could someone help

Hey @nozza1989 

All you have to do is enter your credentials in the deezer app on the new smartphone. If you have advertising there, you will have two accounts. Maybe accidentally set up the new account? Compare the deezer data of the old smartphone with the deezer data of the new smartphone (→ settings → account management)

Is it possible that your old account was linked to a Facebook, Google or Apple account? If so, and you know the credentials to the linked account, you maybe able to login using that.

Otherwise, as previously mentioned you will need to contact Deezer support.
