Hi @caiobayer

try...

Please do the following in the exact order:-
make sure you're connected to a wifi network
log out of Deezer
uninstall Deezer
clean your phone's cache
remove the SD card (if you have one)
turn off your phone
turn on your phone
Log in to Deezer
reinstall Deezer
open Deezer and download at least one album or playlist
reinsert the SD card (if you have one)

let us know how you get on.

Hi @Werner.Tenten

if this is happening it means that Deezer has started playing muic on another device or pc/webplayer. Is it possible a friend / family are using your log in elsewhere? You could always change your password and then you know only you can log in :)

Let us all know how you get on 🙂
HI,
I am having the same issue, I am the only one using this account and I have also changed my password. Yet it still stops my music and suggests I upgrade to a family subscription.
It even does it in offline mode which I find unusual.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Inzanesane

have you checked to see what other devices are on your account?

Have a read of this: - https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115004531965-Managing-Connected-Devices-

Let us know 🙂
Hi,
Yes I have checked for connected devices and it only shows 1 device there so this confuses me even more as to why I am being asked to upgrade my sub.

Hi @Inzanesane

very confusing.

Can you try the following in the EXACT order:-

Log out of Deezer
uninstall the app
RESTART YOUR PHONE
Re-install the app
Log back in

Try again. Let us know.

If that doesn't work then please contact support here with as much information as possible so they can look into this for you 🙂

I have same issue but only on Win 7 OS.
No matter how many times I have logged out and in, changed password, upgraded windows and ensured that the Deezer software is up to date.
Happens both in browsers and in software.

I believe this is a Deezer issue.

My Android Apps function fine.

Hi Rob

I tested Firefox, Chrome and IE and cache cleared.
Doesn't work.
On Android it works.
In Win 7 it doesn't.

Three different PCs.

and when you're trying it on the pc the app is closed (and not playing) on your android phone?
Badge
The App is closed and no other devices are logged in on Deezer when (only one at a time) browser is used.
As when I use the app, all browser login are exited and no use of android devices either.

Hi there @Inzanesane @Lars Holst

After doing what @Rob Igo mentioned, you should change your password. I've unlinked your devices, refreshed your cache on our end, and sent a password reset email. Let us know if the issue persists.
@Rudi Can you please do the same for me? I am experiencing the same issue. I have deleted the Deezer app from my phone, unlinked all devices, reset the password myself, clear cache and cookies, restarted phone and pc, but I still cannot listen to a song without getting the 'hmm...Someone else must be listening' popup. Thanks

I have changed my password twice by now.

I will do it again then.

Problem solved.

What solved the issue was to unlink to all the devices.

Thanks for the help.

It started today after I upgraded to the new Deezer version. I don’t use it on any other devide, but it keeps stopping after a few seconds with that annoying message. The strange thing is, that It started showing music and playlist recently played, that I would never have played. What ahould I do?
I already uninstalled and reinstalled And changed my password
Same issue here, tried all the above (multiple times) but keep getting the message "your Deezer account is currently being used on another device or page". Also the app sometimes displays a playlist that isn't mine. Frankly it's pretty annoying and I hope Deezer resolves this issue soon.

Hi there @NielsB @DiazGuto

Sorry that's happened. This is something our devs are currently investigating. In the meantime, I've carried out some maintenance tasks on your account and sent a password reset email. Please change your password and let me know if there's any improvement 👍🏼
Been having the same issue for the last two days as well. It became even worse recently when the player automatically switches onto a different track of the current playlist, or even a totally random playlist that I have never encountered before (before that, I was at least able to resume the track from where it stopped if I reacted quickly enough).

I'm the only one with access to this account, no one else knows my login info. I tried everything that has been suggested earlier in this same thread (logging out, changing password, clearing cookies, unconnecting my other devices from which I had to uninstall the app, etc.) yet the problem persists.

The only other thing I can add here (that hasn't been mentioned before) is that I found those 'random' playlists stored in my Recently Played. Neither they are saved in my library as favorites, nor do I remember ever visiting them, let alone playing them:

https://www.deezer.com/en/playlist/6271924444
https://www.deezer.com/en/playlist/5907148124
https://www.deezer.com/en/playlist/6289022604
https://www.deezer.com/en/playlist/5506255662
https://www.deezer.com/en/playlist/6165303344
https://www.deezer.com/en/playlist/6165313024
Problem solved.

What solved the issue was to unlink to all the devices.

Thanks for the help.

Unfortunately, it didn't solve it for me :(
I've changed my password and unlinked all devices, but it still won't let me listening to music
