Had already been paying for the family subscription but music disappeared from 2 devices. Recent payment was mid December. Subscribed again for the premium package. What happened?

Hi there, did it ask you to subscribe again for Premium? You might have used different email addresses to log in. If you have more email addresses an are not sure where your Family account is then please contact support here 😉

Hello,

 

I have a Deezer HiFi subscription, but when I logon, I have a T-Mobile free subscription.

I do not understand. At home on my BluOs, all works fine.

I also have a family subscription. Is it possible that my HiFi subscription is available in that family subscription also?

Hello @André Lammers it sound like you have three Deezer accounts: one Deezer Free account, one Deezer Hifi account and one Deezer Family account.

The email address you used here is connected to a Deezer Free account which was registered in 2016. In case you do not know the details of your Deezer Hifi and/or Deezer Family account, please contact our customer support here :wink:
