Can't log in with a One Plus phone which used to work perfectly before.

Uninstalled application and then I could not download my lists except for one. And now not even that playlist works off line

Hi @seas can you provide me with more information? What is being displayed? Have you tried to reset the password. You said you cannot log in how did you manage to download the playlists, did the login work?
In fact I can access Deezer, but it just keeps like paused it will not play music or download playlists,
The details is that I can't use the account on almost any user except for one.
It used to work perfectly on all users but 5-6 months ago the problem of not being able to play music started (I click on flow and nothing will play for example, list can't be downloaded, etc) and I have not been able to solve it

Do the devices have SD cards?
I recently reinstalled the deezer app after getting a recurring error that content can't load. I'm trying to log in I get the activation code and enter it and then continue to wait for nothing to happen. Tried logging in with email but also to no avail. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear that. I've had a brief look at your account and unlinked your Google login, and I've also sent a password reset email. Please do change your password and try to login again, without Google (with email and password directly). Let me know if you still need help 😉
Hi I use to use my HIFI Deezer subscription fine . Today the app logged me out , I tried to log I. With both my Facebook and e-mail address , a message pop up saying the data is not in the correct format . Please it needs to be fixed so I can listen to my music

Sorry that's happened. I've had a look at your account and unlinked Facebook from it. I've also refreshed your cache and sent a password reset email. Please change your password and login without Facebook, for added security 👍🏼
