Why isn’t it possible to listen music on the two different devices but same deezer premium account?

Hi @emanuelrukavina The premium account is for solo users, where only one device can be played at any one time. If you need more devices, for example, for someone else or a family member and to play at the same time, check out the other Deezer Price plans or contact Deezer Support.

Heyy @emanuelrukavina

Parallel use is definitely possible. To do this, the Deezer app on one of the two devices must be set to offline mode. Of course, a few tracks, albums or playlists should have been downloaded prior to offline use. :relaxed:

Wouldn’t it work if you turn off ‘remote control’ on deezer labs? 🧐🧐😶😶😶

@emanuelrukavina: Deezer Premium subscription explicitly mentions that you can link up to a maximum of 3 devices, however you can only have one of them playing tracks/episodes at any given time.

Suggestions have been mentioned here on how to get around that - with the offline downloads and all, while they might do the trick, they might not offer the best experience overall and since it’s a ‘hack’ it’s only a matter of time until it gets patched.

However, if your need is to have more than one device playing at the same time and the other device is someone else’s - you might want to consider upgrading to the Family Subscription, that will allow you to have a maximum of 6 individual profiles/accounts and allow you to link up a maximum of 13 devices!
