Listening Mode keeps interrupting play on Deezer


My music play keeps getting interrupted by listening mode. I have deleted and re-install the apps, deleted all other linked devices and still listening mode keep ruining my play. How do i get this sorted?

What do you mean by listening mode. Is there someone interrupting your listening?

Have you checked that your account is not hacked?

Explain them once again here:

https://support.deezer.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new

And ask for account maintenance, thanks 🙂 They will make it secure.

I can't play any music right now without receiving the message that someone else is using my deezer account, which completely stops any music I'm playing.

 

I also find favorited songs and playlists that I haven't put there.

I have changed my password twice but it's not helping. Anyone else having this problem?

 

I have the same problem, but i am the only who is using thuis account. I wait   dit three days now, without being able to ura my account. I have ee change the password but or doesn't help. Of deezer does't fix thuis problem  soon. I go elsewhere. I am using this service from the start, but i don't pay for nothing.

  

4 devices on family but I can only play on 2. Listening mode on other device
