Keep getting "too many devices" error

I am using Deezer on a macbook pro on Chrome… I keep getting this message 

I only use it on my Moto G8 aside from my laptop. I already checked on “my connected devices” and “my apps” and kicked all of them out, changed my password and email and still getting this error.

 

Anyone got a suggestion?

Hey @Nena.Castro 

Please switch off your Moto completely and test whether the message in Chrome still comes. If so, you should contact support so that a reset can be carried out from there.
