iTunes subscription not active


There is no way to reply your email... Please refer to my request number, hope everything can be solved ASAP.

Here is the message from your side, I have attached the required screenshot in the end of this email.

Hi there,


I’m sorry your subscription isn’t active, this could have been a mistake on iTunes side when they renewed your subscription.


As you were charged by iTunes unfortunately I can't see it as Apple's policy is to not share any information with us when it comes to payment and subscription.


That being said, here's the solution I can offer on my end :


Cancel all your Deezer subscriptions with Apple (On your iPhone go to settings> iTunes & App Store> click on your apple id and login> signatures> then just click Deezer and cancel.)


Send me a screenshot of the cancellation / end date


I will then add you a month for free to cover for the month you paid to Apple.


At the end of that free month I advise that you subscribe directly with us. The subscription will be cheaper and we will have a full handle of your payments.

I find it out that it is really annoying from consumer experience, please find a solution to solved this issue in a better way.
