iTunes payment issue

I paid for a subscription so the first month was meant to be 99p then next month it would be £12.99. It has taken the £12.99 out of my account instead of the 99p. What do I do as I didn’t have the 12.99 this month and it’s been taken out of my daughters money

Hi @Sovereign2306 I could see that you paid 99p for an offer back in December, you then had Premium for 3 months as advertised. You now seem to be paying through iTunes, but there is no payment registered. If you actually had money coming out of your account please get in touch with our support team here.

i can't subscribe to deezer premium after completing my 15 days trial. Why is this happening? :sob::sob:

all my payment details are within my apple ID. But the thing is when i hit the subscribe button, it starts loading then stops without performing any action.

Hi @derrick damascus could you please double-check whether you already activated a Deezer subscription via your iTunes Store (Apple)? If not please make sure the payment method attached to your Apple ID is correct and up to date :wink:
