Have paid in apple store and still trial on app. Pls chk.
I paid 12€ for a free premium trial, why?

I paid for the premium subscription last night (9:45 p.m.) and it was successful and I have uninstalled and logged in several times since then, but I’m still on deezer free.
I understand the problem is that I paid via iTunes, however I do not know how to fix this.

My payment went through on my apple account but I can’t access my premium access anymore. My iPhone, webpage it’s the same thing. Please advise

As many others I got my premium subscription through Apple store and still have the free account. I don’t have the time to crawl through all the stuff so please fix it. And yes I checked my bank account and money are gone. Thank you.

yo help section needs a massive overhaul I have had to login at least a dozen times and I still can’t get the message across that I paid for a family pack in iTunes and it still says free subscription... I discovered this when I was trying to link my Sonos app
Hi Deezer Family, my premium subscription is not working and payment went off. I made my payment via i iTunes account. I got deducted twice. I hope I will be refunded or credited

How do I contact support? All the links and “click here” to contact support doesn’t work. This is ridiculous. Something must be done to improve this service because it is such a tedious process.

I have ave tried all the ways that has been suggested but no luck. Please fix this ASAP or refund both premiums deducted for this month and I will use another streaming service.
