12.99 already came out of my account can’t switch it from free mode to premium mode tried logging out, deleting the app and redownloading it don’t know what else’s to do but ask for a refund

Paid for Deezer premium via iTunes but I am still not able to use the premium options, Deezer in the ‘manage my subscription ’ section states that I am ALREADY subscribed to premium services but on attempting to use the services I am again asked to subscribe, which when I attempt to, I am advised yet again that am subscribed ... an infinite loop.

i have logged out - logged in, re-installed the app but it is still not working. What NEXT?

Sorry about that. I've unlinked all devices from your account and also unlinked your Facebook login as I can see on our side that you're indeed Premium - but there's no evidence of an iTunes payment. This could be an error/delay between Apple and Deezer.
I've also sent a password reset email so that you can change your password and login directly to Deezer using your email address and password. If you still need help after these steps, please get in touch with our support team here 😉
Thanks Rudi, your support team sorted out my problem yesterday. I am now a happy puppy.
I have read that new submissions on apple ios dont work, psid via paypsl last night and still no service [removed to protect personal details]

I paied for a family subscription though the iTunes Store, although in the Deezer app it still appears that I have “premium subscription”. Also today I realized that this situation has been going on for three months, thus, making me pay more than what I received.

This situation is really uncomfortable, making me dislike this app and the service it provides. Consequently, since I am paying for it I demand to receive an immediate solution.
Hello Anja, same thing happened to me. I got an invoice from Apple and it says that my subsciption has been renewed but when I logged in, my account is still on free subscription.

Hi, Yesterday I made the payment of Deezer's subscription with my credit card. the value was discounted but the account has not yet been updated, I can not use the application as a premium user. I thank you for your help.

Hi! I have problems with my premium subscription. I have already paid it but I can’t hear my music. Last days I saw a message from my apple account that something was missing of my card, but I resolved it. So what’s the problem ‘cause I paid it. Please answer me and resolved it. Thanks!

i subscribed with iTunes and was deducted the amount of U$6.49 but it still shows I haven’t subscribed. When I subscribed using my my Deezer account I was charged the U$4.99. So I was charged U$11.48 in total. I don’t know what is going on
