I did, it s still not sorted can u please help asap. I wanted the music for the plane. Today is my flight back and it s still not sorted again.

Hi, i recently acivated deezer premium through itunes and i don't have yet premium feautures. I also got a confirmation mail and invoice from apple where it says that i purchased deezer premium. I don't know what to do, i tried logging in and out, deinstaling then instaling aplication and it still doesn't work. Help me pls.
I subscribed yesterday for the offer 3 months for 12,99€. I payed via PayPal but I still see the free version. So how can I change that?

В данный момент у меня оформлено даже две подписки, одна пробная версия до 24.12.18, другая за 229 рублей до 8.12.18, но приложение работает как-будто у меня нет ни одной подписки!! Что только не делала, ничего не помогает, телефон перезагружала, из приложения выходила, заходила снова, всё равно ничего не помогает!! Деньги заплачены, а офлайн режим всё равно не работает!! Что ещё нужно сделать чтобы оно заработало????
i’m having the same problem, please i need answers becouse i paid! It says that i steel need to suscribe but when i click on suscribe it says i already have it!

hi, i have made a payment for premium subscription via itunes 3 days ago and yet didn’t have an upgrade of my account to premium. Could you please resolve it or provide me a refund. Thank you.
I have paid for deezer premium in apple iTunes but it still says I have not subscribed
I renewed my suscription today but it still appear as a free account... how can I fix it?
ps: I’ve already tried what you suggest to other users and doesn’t work yet..
So this morning I was charged 99p for three months of Deezer through my iTunes account and when I go on Deezer it says I don’t have premium although I have been charged for it?! I have had a conformation text from iTunes saying I have paid so I don’t see why it shouldn’t be working on the app?
My account has switched back to free meanwhile i have paid till 28 December 2018!
